Shipping policy

Here is what to expect once you place an order with Soranelle. This policy applies to shipments within the United States only; we do not currently ship internationally.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00), or on a weekend or holiday, are processed on the next business day. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days before your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, transit time is typically 5 to 7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed, including processing time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Carriers and tracking

Depending on your delivery address and the size of your package, orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.
