Payment Policy

This page explains how payments are handled when you place an order with Soranelle.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. You can also check out using Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Currency

All prices on soranelle.com are shown in US Dollars (USD).

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates.

Payment security

All payments are made over an encrypted connection. Soranelle does not store complete card numbers on its own systems; payments are processed by certified payment service providers.

Authorization and charges

When you place an order, the payment amount is authorized on your card or account. The full charge is completed once your order ships.

Declined payments

If a payment is declined, check that your card details and billing address were entered correctly, try an alternative payment method, or contact your bank for more information.

Pending charges on cancelled orders

If an order is cancelled after a payment was authorized, the pending charge may still appear on your statement for a few business days, depending on your bank, before it is released.
